State-run gas company Gail (India) said that Shri R. P. Singh has resigned from the board of the company and ceases to be director of the company w.e.f. August 09, 2012.
The company also said that Shri Mahesh Shah, Shri R.M. Sethi and Dr. Vinayshil Gautam, cease to be director(s) of the company w.e.f. August 10, 212, on completion of their tenure.
