Höegh LNG is contemplating issuing a senior unsecured bond in the Norwegian bond market with maturity in October 2017.
The proceeds from the contemplated bond issue are intended for general corporate purposes.
DNB Markets, Nordea Markets and SEB Merchant Banking are engaged as joint lead managers for the bond issue.
