Portugal’s Port of Sines is scheduled to receive a shipment of LNG from Nigeria on August 15, according to shipping data.
The cargo is being hauled by the Melanje LNG tanker, with a capacity of 160,276 cbm, and it is sailing from Nigeria’s Bonny terminal.
The Sines terminal is held by REN Atlântico and has a nominal send out capacity of 600,000 cubic meters per hour (5.26 bcm per year), with a peak capacity of 900,000 cubic meters per hour.
