KOGAS August Sales Down 4 Percent

KOGAS, the world’s largest corporate buyer of LNG, said in a filing with the stock exchange that it has sold gas equivalent to 1.87 million tonnes of LNG domestically in September.

South Korea’s KOGAS sales in September dropped 4 percent, compared to a year ago.

KOGAS imports LNG from around the world and supplies it to power generation plants, gas-utility companies and city gas companies throughout the country.
