UK’s Grain LNG terminal will receive a cargo of liquefied natural gas from Qatar today, according to shipping data.

The cargo is carried by the 217,000 cbm Al Huwaila tanker.

Grain LNG is the UK’s first modern LNG facility and can hold almost 1 million cubic metres of liquefied natural gas in store.

The terminal recently commissioned an additional unloading jetty and storage tank.
