Anadarko names Ingram EVP of deepwater and exploration

US-based Anadarko, the developer of the Mozambique LNG project, has named Mitch Ingram as executive vice president, international, deepwater, and exploration.

Ingram has been previously executive vice president, international and deepwater operation and project management.

“Since joining Anadarko in 2015, Mitch has been an invaluable member of the company’s executive management, as he established a deep and experienced global LNG team that is now approaching a final investment decision in Mozambique, and led our deepwater operations groups through the successful integration of Freeport-McMoRan’s Gulf of Mexico assets,” Anadarko chief executive Al Walker said.

“His strong leadership, technical and organizational skills will enable us to continue being a respected exploration company that combines exceptional geoscience knowledge with peer-leading technology advancements to find new resources and commercially advance those discoveries toward world-class development options,” he added.

Ingram has nearly 30 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry and joined Anadarko in 2015 as executive vice-president, Global LNG.
