Engro's president steps down

Engro Corporation’s president and chief executive Muhammad Aliuddin Ansari has made a decision to resign from his position, effective May 11, 2015. 

According to the company’s filing to the stock exchange, his replacement will be revealed shortly.

Ansari joined the Engro Corporation’s board in 2009 and was the company’s president since May 2012.

The company recently commissioned Pakistan’s first LNG import terminal, operated by Engro Elengy in Port Qassim with the first cargo delivered from Qatargas.
