Gail of India to Purchase 25 Spot LNG Cargoes Next Year

Gail India, the nation’s biggest natural gas distributor, plans to purchase 25 spot cargoes of LNG next year, Reuters reported, citing the company’s chairman B.C. Tripathi.

He also said that the Dabhol LNG terminal will receive its first cargo from Gazprom of Russia this month.

We will get the first cargo on December 28. We expect the terminal to be commissioned in the next month-and-a-half,” he said.
