GasLog Raises USD 199 Million

GasLog, an international owner of LNG carriers, announced the closing of its public offering of 10,925,000 common shares, including 1,425,000 common shares issued upon the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional shares.

The public offering price was $15.75 per share. The company also sold 2,317,460 common shares at the public offering price in a private placement to certain of its directors and officers and one of its major shareholders.

The net proceeds from the Public Offering and the Private Placement, after deducting underwriting discounts and other offering expenses, were approximately $199 million.
