China’s GCL Group Holding is reportedly hiring CNOOC senior officials as it prepares to boost its LNG business.

The company that is developing a liquefied natural gas export project in Djibouti as well as an LNG import facility in China recently hired CNOOC’s former manager of global LNG trading, Ye Yishu, Reuters reports.
