Iran Set for Gas Supply to Europe, Official Says

Iran is ready to supply European countries with natural gas, Iran’s Deputy Oil Minister for International and Trade Affairs, Ali Majedi said.

“Iran is ready for gas exports to Europe, and if the necessary conditions are provided, this objective is realizable,” Majedi said in a meeting with French Senate’s Finance Committee Philippe Marini in Tehran.

“We are willing to put the option of gas exports to Europe via Turkey or other routes on the agenda,” he added.
