This includes upstream, LNG and downstream sectors, KBR said in its statement.

Under the terms of the agreement, KBR will provide ongoing consulting, advisory and engineering services.

The government has recently signed a memorandum of understanding with Total and its partners ExxonMobil and Oil Search defines the key terms of the gas agreement for the Papua LNG project that is expected to be finalized by the first quarter of 2019.
