Lithuania's LNG terminal wins award at conference

Lithuanian Klaipedos Nafta received the Project of the Year award for its LNG terminal project at a recent conference in Vienna.

Klaipedos Nafta won the award among nominees such as Shell and Total Gas & Power, the company said in a statement.

Klaipedos Nafta CEO, Mantas Bartuška said that the company has further plans to develop the LNG infrastructure in the Baltic region and he welcomed the global gas market’s acknowledgement of the LNG project.

The Project of the Year was voted for by the participants of the Conference.
