Origin, Conoco looking for advisers on APLNG pipeline sale

Origin Energy and ConocoPhillips are reportedly engaged in talks with investment banks over a possible sale of their APLNG pipeline.

According to sources, the JV has put several names on the shortlist, including Macquarie Group, that should conduct a study on a potential sale of the pipeline, reports Bloomberg.

An adviser is likely to be named in the following weeks.

Grant King, Origin’s Managing Director told Bloomberg that the company is looking for ideas on behalf of the shareholders.
