Picture of the day: Brunei LNG control room

The control room of Brunei’s only LNG export plant is considered as the heart of the LNG facility.

More than 500 people work at the Brunei LNG plant at Lumut, where each year 6.7 million tonnes of LNG is pumped into ocean-going tankers.

Brunei LNG is owned by the government of Brunei (50%), Shell Overseas Trading and Mitsubishi Corporation (both 25%).
