Portugal awaits LNG cargo

Portugal’s Port of Sines will get a shipment of liquefied natural gas from Qatar next week.

The 216,164 cbm Al Utouriya is expected to arrive at the Sines LNG import terminal on October 3, according to port data.

The LNG terminal, owned by REN Atlântico, processed 41 tankers last year. It also conducted 6 ship loading operations and achieved a new high for loading LNG tanker trucks – 3138 loads in 2013.
