Tepco Jan LNG Imports at 2.21 Million Tonnes

Japan’s Tokyo Electric Power (Tepco) said its imports of LNG in January were at 2.21 million tonnes, compared to 2.15 million tonnes in January of 2013.

Tepco used 2.01 million tons of LNG in January, compared to 1.73 million tonnes the company consumed in January of 2013.

In April-January period, TEPCO bought 20.96 million tonnes and consumed 19.90 million tonnes of LNG.
