Chevron’s US$29 billion Wheatstone liquefied natural gas project in Australia is more than 65 percent complete.

Chevron’s profit plunges 90 pct

Oil and gas giant Chevron said its second-quarter profit was at $571 million, down 90 percent as compared to 2014.

Delfin LNG contract goes to Bechtel

Chevron will likely miss its year-end target to ship the first LNG cargo from its USD 54 billion Gorgon project on Barrow Island in Western Australia.

Update: BW Singapore to be used as Egypt’s 2nd LNG import terminal

Singapore-based BW confirmed it has been selected by EGAS of Egypt to provide LNG regasification services utilizing an FSRU in Ain Sokhna.
