Petronas: PFLNG1 95 pct complete

Petronas of Malaysia on Tuesday informed its first floating LNG unit, the PFLNG1, has reached the 95 percent completion mark.

Cheniere’s Sabine Pass LNG hits homestretch

Houston-based LNG player Cheniere recently informed that the overall construction on its Sabine Pass liquefaction project is nearing completion, although slightly behind the projected plan.

Wärtsilä on Monday said it has been contracted to supply dual-fuel engines for 15 inland waterway barges to be chartered by Shell Trading Rotterdam.

FERC approves G2 LNG’s pre-filing request

The United States Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued a letter granting G2 LNG’s request to begin the pre-filing review process for its proposed Calcasieu River LNG project.
