LNG player Shell posted a video update of world’s first floating liquefied natural gas facility being built in Geoje, South Korea.
Honeywell said that it will provide an Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS) for the world’s first floating liquefied natural gas (LNG) liquefaction, regasification and storage unit (FLRSU) for the Exmar-Pacific Rubialis Energy project offshore Colombia.
Liquefied natural gas (LNG) is one of the fastest growing energy markets worldwide, and global production capacity could be more than double by the end of the decade. Higher natural gas prices and growing efficiencies in the LNG value chain are making it economically attractive to ship LNG over long distances, transforming natural gas from a regional to a global market.
Venture Global LNG said it has won an approval from the US Department of Energy to export LNG from a proposed terminal in Louisiana to countries that have free trade agreements with the US.
Gazprom delivered on Tuesday a presentation of the Vladivostok-LNG project in Vladivostok on the Russky Island. The presentation was intended for prospective purchasers of liquefied natural gas (LNG) and partners from Japan.
