Trinidad LNG cargo heading to Argentina

Trinidad and Tobago shipped an LNG cargo from the Point Fortin liquefaction plant to Argentina on Thursday.

The 87,305 cbm Arctic Spirit is scheduled to arrive at the Escobar LNG import terminal on July 15, shipping data reveals.

Atlantic LNG, the operator of the four-train Point Fortin liquefaction facility, produces the chilled fuel from natural gas delivered from fields in and around Trinidad and Tobago.

The export facility is capable of producing up to 100,000 cubic metres of LNG per day. LNG is shipped to various destinations including South America, Asia and Spain.
