Australian LNG engineering company WorleyParsons secured a long-term multi-regional agreement with Chevron for engineering and procurement services.
The scope of the agreement allows use in all engineering phases of Chevron’s capital project program from conceptual engineering to final design, the company said in its statement.
Andrew Wood, WorleyParsons’ CEO said the new “agreement further solidifies the relationship” between the two companies.
WorleyParsons noted that it will be able to cover the agreement from a number of its locations.
The company, among a number of projects, has previously been engaged in Chevron’s 8.9 mtpa Wheatstone LNG project west of Onslow, Australia.
